Put artificial intelligence on shifts — working for you.

Every day, hours go to things that don't need you: the same phone call with the same questions, the document drafted for the hundredth time, the data entry from one system into another. You don't need "digital transformation" — you need your hours back. That's where we come in.

01 / Who it is for

Wherever there's repetition, there's work for us.

CLINICS & SERVICE CENTRES

No phone call left unanswered

Appointments booked even outside opening hours, automatic reminders, fewer no-shows — with the front desk focused on patients, not on the phone.

LEGAL PROFESSIONS

Documents without copy-paste

Standardised documents drafted automatically from the case details — from a PDF or a photo to a finished text in your own template, reviewed before it goes out.

GARAGES & TECHNICAL BUSINESSES

Bookings & updates

Customers book appointments, learn when their vehicle is ready and get answers to the usual questions — without anyone picking up the phone.

ESHOPS & SUPPORT

Answers before the cart is abandoned

FAQs, order status, returns — answered instantly, escalated to a human whenever the matter calls for it.

02 / What is included

Systems, not experiments.

  • AI receptionist — answers phone, Viber and WhatsApp, books appointments into your calendar and escalates to a human when needed.
  • Website chatbot trained on your own data — services, prices, policies — not generic answers.
  • Automatic document drafting — from a PDF, photo or form to a finished document in your own template.
  • Workflows that connect forms, email, calendars, CRM and invoicing — information travels on its own.
  • Review & approvals — critical steps pass through a human before they execute. Always.
  • Operation reports — you know what ran, what it answered, where a human was needed and how many hours you saved.

03 / Why us

We were automation engineers before it became a trend.

  • Our founder is an automation and robotics engineer — these systems are a profession, not hype.
  • We use them first: this site's form ends up in our own automation, which updates the CRM and replies to the sender. Whatever we recommend, we live with.
  • GDPR by design: data on EU infrastructure, minimal retention, clear access roles — and we hand you the documentation for your own compliance file.
  • No lock-in: we hand over access and documentation. The system is yours, not our hostage.

04 / Honesty

Where we don't put AI.

The most useful thing you'll hear from a company that sells AI is where not to put it.

  • Where a mistake is expensive and a human can't catch it in time. In legal and medical judgement, AI prepares — the human decides.
  • Where the volume is small. If something takes you ten minutes a month, the automation will cost more than it saves. We'll tell you.
  • Where the human relationship is the product. Your best client wants you on the phone — let AI keep everything else away from you.

Our commitment: if the assessment shows the numbers don't work for you, we'll tell you straight — and the conversation cost you nothing.

05 / How we work

Pilot first. Expansion after.

01

Assessment

Together we map where your hours go and what repeats. No commitment.

02

Proposal

Which automations, setup cost, monthly running cost — and an estimate of the hours you save.

03

Pilot

We build one automation. You work with it for 2–4 weeks. We measure.

04

Expansion

What performed gets extended, what didn't gets cut. The numbers decide.

05

Maintenance

Monitoring, improvements, upgrades to new models when it's genuinely worth it.

06 / FAQ

Everything you'd ask in the first conversation.

What does the cost depend on?

There are two parts: the setup (per project — it depends on how many systems we connect and how complex the flow is) and the monthly running cost (AI usage, hosting, monitoring). In the proposal you see them separately, next to an estimate of the hours you save — so you compare the cost against the benefit, not against thin air.

Where does my customers' data go?

To infrastructure within the EU, with encryption, minimal retention and clear access roles. We hand you the architecture documentation for your own GDPR compliance file — so you can answer anyone who asks you, too.

What happens when the AI doesn't know the answer?

It says "I don't know" and escalates to a human, with the full conversation history. Not improvising on critical matters is a setting we configure explicitly — not a hope.

Will it replace someone on my team?

The goal is to take over the repetitive work, not the people. In practice, teams working with automations win back hours for the work that brings revenue — the work no system can do for you.

Does it handle language properly?

Yes — voice and text, in Greek and English. And you won't have to take our word for it: in the pilot you test it yourself, before any of your customers ever sees it.

07 / Next step

Tell us where you lose hours.

Send two lines about the process that eats you up — or just call us. By the end of the first conversation you'll know whether it makes sense for you and roughly what it would cost.
