An eshop that sells. Not one that just "exists".

Putting products online is the easy part. The hard part is the checkout that doesn't stall, shipping costs calculated correctly, VAT that doesn't expose you, and the courier voucher that prints itself. We build eshops for the Greek reality — from the first visit to the parcel at the door.

01 / Who it is for

From your first online checkout to rescuing the eshop that "doesn't sell".

RETAIL

Your first online channel

Your store opens even for those who will never walk through the door — with stock, prices and shipping set up so you don't live on the phone.

EXISTING ESHOP

Diagnosing the "doesn't sell"

Speed, checkout, trust, metrics — we find where the customer is lost and fix it, before recommending anything "from scratch".

B2B & WHOLESALE

Per-client price lists

Private catalogues, per-partner pricing, orders flowing straight into your workflow — wholesale without faxes and phone calls.

LOCAL STORE

Pickup & delivery

Customers order online and pick up at your till or receive at their door — the physical store becomes an advantage, not a cost.

02 / What is included

The Greek practicalities the "packages" skip over.

  • The right platform per case — WooCommerce or custom, depending on what you sell and who will manage it. We explain the why.
  • A checkout that finishes — few steps, guest purchase, no "create an account" that drives customers away.
  • Payments: cards and bank gateways, set up and tested with real transactions.
  • Courier on autopilot: automatic voucher printing, tracking in the customer's email, order-status updates.
  • VAT, shipping, returns — rules set up correctly from the start, not "we'll figure it out along the way".
  • Ready for advertising: feed for Google Shopping and Meta catalog, with ecommerce tracking from day one.
  • ERP/accounting integration (optional) — with ready-made bridges where they exist, with our own automations where they don't.
  • Admin training — products, orders, discounts: you handle them yourself, with video guides.

03 / Why us

The eshop and its promotion are designed together.

  • One team for site and advertising: the person who builds the checkout also sees the cost per sale — and knows what to fix when the numbers speak.
  • Metrics from day one: you know what sold, where it came from, what was abandoned in the cart.
  • We've done it before: build and campaigns together — an eshop fed with customers, not just with products.

04 / Honesty

When we don't recommend an eshop.

An eshop is a shop: it needs a person looking after it daily — otherwise it does damage.

  • If your product sells through conversation. Complex B2B or customised services close better with a good site and a booking form — not with "add to cart".
  • If there is no one for the orders. Late shipments and unanswered emails burn a reputation faster than the eshop builds it.
  • If the numbers don't add up: shipping, payment fees and advertising eat into the profit margin. We calculate it together before you start — not at the first review.

05 / How we work

Test orders before the first real one.

  1. Mapping

Catalogue, shipping, payments, order flow — what the system has to do.

  2. Proposal

Platform, integrations, cost, date. In writing.

  3. Setup

Build, payments, courier, taxes — all connected.

  4. Testing

End-to-end orders: payment, voucher, email, return. Everything your customer will live through.

  5. Launch

Go-live, training, and the promotion plan ready to hit the gas.

06 / FAQ

Everything you'd ask in the first conversation.

WooCommerce or a custom platform?

It depends on the catalogue, the integrations and who will manage it. WooCommerce covers most Greek retail; custom makes sense when your flows don't fit a mould. We recommend based on your use — and we explain the why.

How much does an eshop cost?

It depends on the product count, the integrations (payments, courier, ERP) and any special flows. You get a written price with specific deliverables before we start — plus an estimate of the monthly running costs (hosting, maintenance, fees) so there are no surprises.

Does it connect to my accounting or ERP?

Yes — with ready-made bridges where they exist, or with our own automations where they don't. Orders and invoices travel on their own.

Who enters the products?

Whatever suits you: we do the initial import and train you for what follows — or you do it and we're right beside you wherever you get stuck. The goal is that you don't need us for a price change.

I already have an eshop on another platform. Can it be migrated?

Yes — products, customers and orders are migrated, and the old URLs get 301 redirects so the SEO you've built isn't lost.

07 / Next step

Tell us what you sell.

We'll reply with a plan: platform, integrations, cost — and what will be needed from you. And if the numbers don't work for you, you'll see it in the calculation before you spend.
